Artists Impressions and Photographs

Our new homes are built in a variety of designs, which have been illustrated in this web site by Artists' Impressions and photographs. The Artists' Impressions are drawn from an imaginary viewpoint and are only intended to give an impression of the house design. Photographs are intended to show typical Antiguan and Foresight International Ventures' property scenes. Neither the Artists' Impressions nor any photographs give an accurate description of a property, its settings or surroundings.

The Development Site Layout Plan

The Development Site Layout Plan does not show final details of gradients of land, boundary treatments, local authority street lighting or landscaping. It is our intention to build in accordance with the relevant Site Layout Plan but there may be occasions where house designs, boundaries, landscaping and positions of roads and footpaths may change as the development proceeds.

The Internal Floor Plans

The dimensions shown on the Internal Layout Plans are approximate. This is because each home is built individually and the precise internal measurements may not always be the same.

Tours of the Show homes

During any tour(s) please bear in mind that the furniture, soft furnishings and wall-coverings are not part of the standard specification.

Optional Extras

There is a range of standard choices and optional extras with every Foresight International Ventures Inc. home. It should be borne in mind that optional extras may have been fitted to any show home visited.

In order to find out more about a particular development it is recommended that you receive a presentation from one of our representatives and at an appropriate juncture visit our site office for a tour of the property that you are interested in. Our representatives will be happy to discuss the current specifications, details of external and internal finishes, the range of available optional extras and prices.
